Gregg Center is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, public speaker, and trainer in technology at Premier Sotheby's International Realty. With a family legacy of building and development, Gregg’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic business ventures eventually led him to real estate.
Since joining the industry 10-years ago, Gregg has achieved over $200M in sales. His latest project includes the most successful sale of new construction in over 40-years. Gregg was responsible for selling all 149 units of the beautiful downtown development, Bayso, which he did in 11-months.
Gregg specializes in using technology to price homes that sell for their highest fair market value. He was a speaker at the 2019 National Association of REALTORS® conference in Boston on using technology to help clients and their communities through proper pricing.
His success in new construction can be attributed to his extensive knowledge of downtown Sarasota's bayfront, the explosive local condominium market, and a dynamic approach to selling.
Before his time in real estate, Gregg served in the medical field with the U.S. Navy. Upon his honorable discharge, he moved back to his home in Springdale, Arkansas, and soon after to Louisville, Kentucky. In that time, he earned biology and chemistry degrees from Indiana University.
An entrepreneur by nature, Gregg has built four businesses; two in logistics and transportation and two in the beauty industry. He's been involved in thoroughbred racing as a farm manager, where he commanded a 120-acre farm with 80 thoroughbred horses.
Outside of his work in uniting extraordinary homes with extraordinary clients, Gregg is on the board of directors for the Alumni Association of the Missouri Military Academy serving as president for the past 3-years. In his spare time, Gregg enjoys playing golf, fishing, and historical fiction.
